Control, review, approve, retain, and retrieve quality system documentation, including Batch History Records (BHRs) Ensure documentation complies with internal quality standards, ISO requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines Review production and quality records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Maintain document control systems and ensure proper record retention and organization Support material and product release activities by verifying required documentation is complete and accurate Assist with audits, inspections, and quality system compliance initiatives Coordinate document revisions, approvals, and distribution of controlled documents Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement efforts within the Quality Management System (QMS) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure compliance standards are met

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of Quality Assurance, document control, or quality systems experience in an ISO-, FDA-, or USDA-regulated manufacturing environment Experience reviewing and maintaining controlled documentation and quality records Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001 and other applicable standards preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping skills Ability to interpret quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements Proficient computer skills and experience with document management systems preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards More Than Just a Paycheck.
