Certified Construction Materials Testing Technician (Full-Time)

Springdale, AR MTA Engineers is hiring a Certified Construction Materials Testing Technician for our Springdale office. This role includes both field and laboratory testing on construction materials for commercial projects. Responsibilities Perform testing on asphalt, concrete, soils, and aggregates Conduct sampling and quality control Review plans/specs and ensure compliance Communicate results with contractors and inspectors Complete daily reports Requirements 3+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience ARDOT, ACI, CTTP, NICET, or equivalent certifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle record check Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work flexible hours Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & holidays Growth opportunities
