Aerospace / Aircraft / Manufacturing Quality Job Summary We are hiring multiple Quality Inspectors to support aerospace manufacturing, inspection, repair, and MRO quality operations. These roles will support inspection of aerospace parts, assemblies, repairs, and manufacturing work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, work instructions, quality procedures, and acceptance criteria. Ideal candidates will have hands-on aerospace, aircraft, mechanical assembly, structures, composites, precision manufacturing, MRO, or component inspection experience. Candidates should be comfortable working on the manufacturing floor, reading technical documentation, using inspection tools, and documenting inspection results.

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Responsibilities Perform inspection of aerospace parts, assemblies, components, repairs, and manufacturing work Conduct in-process, final, dimensional, and/or receiving inspections as required Review drawings, specifications, work instructions, travelers, planning documents, and acceptance criteria Inspect repaired, modified, or serviced aerospace components in an MRO environment when assigned Use standard inspection tools to verify dimensional and quality requirements Document inspection results clearly and accurately Identify and document nonconforming conditions Support quality records, inspection reports, and nonconformance documentation Work closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable quality procedures and aerospace standards Support continuous improvement, corrective action, and quality compliance activities as needed Required Qualifications Quality inspection experience in aerospace, aircraft, MRO, mechanical assembly, structures, composites, precision manufacturing, or a related technical environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, specifications, and inspection criteria Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, gauges, or similar tools Ability to document inspection results and nonconforming conditions accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or repair environment Ability to work onsite for the assigned location and shift U.S. work authorization required Preferred Qualifications Aerospace or aircraft inspection experience MRO, repair station, maintenance, modification, or component inspection experience Blueprint reading and GD&T familiarity AS9100, FAA, NADCAP, or other aerospace quality system exposure First article, in-process, receiving, final, or source inspection experience Experience inspecting aircraft structures, composites, mechanical assemblies, machined parts, or aerospace components Experience supporting nonconformance documentation, quality records, corrective action, or inspection reports Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has hands-on aerospace quality inspection experience and can confidently inspect parts, assemblies, repairs, or manufacturing work against drawings, specifications, procedures, and acceptance criteria. Strong candidates will have experience using precision measurement tools, documenting findings, working with manufacturing/quality teams, and supporting aerospace quality standards.
