We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will conduct inspections, on parts, to maintain and enhance the quality of our products and processes.Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on products at various stages of production. Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards and requirements. Document results, report defects, and audit shop order documentation. Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues. Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements. Ensure that all quality control records are accurately maintained. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in production processes.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in quality control or a similar role. Experience in a manufacturing environment Prior experience performing routine product inspections at various production stages - (First Piece, In-Process, Pre-Process, and Final Inspection). Read and interpret blueprints. Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Must have an exceptional understanding of hand measuring tools. Must have an exceptional understanding of Plate work. Must be able to pass background check. Excellent attendance Safety first mindset Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards Ability to analyze and interpret data and inspection results. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software. Experience with ISO or other quality management systems is a plus.Physical Requirements:
