About Us Ohlinger Industries is a leader in component repair for the commercial and military aviation industries. The company is well established and has been operating in the Phoenix area for over 60 years. Position Summary We are currently looking for a talented Repair and Overhaul inspector to join our team. This candidate must be able to perform dimensional Receiving, In-Process and Final Inspections of aerospace components using FAA approved data which would include, but not limited to technical manuals, service bulletins, engineering drawings and purchase orders.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Ability to use common inspection measurement tools, such as Dial Bores, Calipers, Micrometers, gauge blocks and borescopes Review manuals, purchase orders, shop routings for quality requirements Must have strong GD&T skills Must be proficient with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word & Outlook) Develop positive business relationships and effective lines of communication with all departments CMM experience is a plus
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a repair station environment involving similar processes and equipment
  • Able to work in a team environment with a willingness to cross train
  • A self-starter and organized with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • 10-hour Shift (Monday - Thursday)
  • Opportunity for overtime may be available on an as needed basis
