In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that organizational processes and procedures adhere to required standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves maintaining document control systems, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting training initiatives. The specialist will play a key part in risk evaluation, audit execution, and compliance reviews, working collaboratively across teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold the company's commitment to quality. Locations Tempe, AZ Southaven, MS Clearwater, FL Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain document control and training system Coordinate Corrective Action Process, maintain CAR records, CAR reporting Oversee and maintain training system and records Independently coordinate with team managers, supervisors and employees as needed to complete tasks or projects. Perform audits of processes as needed to ensure compliance with standards, procedures and regulatory requirements. Participate in risk evaluations or identification of opportunities for improvement and coordination of project plans to reduce risk or implement improvements. Review regulatory issues and changes as needed Export shipment compliance reviews/releases and maintains required records. Process responses to customer quality/compliance requests Additional projects or duties as assigned Qualifications College degree preferred but not required with high school completion (or equivalent) and prior relevant experience. Strong basic computer and MS Office skills Coordinate tasks through completion with multiple departments.
