Join a Century of Excellence as our next Quality Control Specialist! We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist who lives for the details. If you're the type of person who catches the error everyone else missed and takes pride in flawless execution, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
As our QC Specialist, you are the final line of defense. You'll ensure our operations remain world-class by:
Auditing Excellence:
Reviewing claim processing, payments, and IT tickets to ensure they meet our rigorous SLAs.
Guarding Accuracy:
Developing sampling procedures to maintain high-level quality assurance across the board.
Financial Integrity:
Processing client payments with a sharp eye for fraud prevention and accounting accuracy.
Driving Innovation:
Helping us refine our policies to stay at the forefront of the industry. What You Bring to the
Table:
The Toolkit:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel is your best friend) and Adobe programs.
The Mindset:
A basic understanding of accounting principles and a "detective" lens for analytical problem-solving.

The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.

Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
