About the Role We're looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team in a newly created hybrid role. This position sits at the intersection of quality control and administration, and for the right person, it comes with meaningful opportunities to grow into advanced manufacturing responsibilities over time. You must have experience working in a physical manufacturing environment that includes Haas CNCs, lathes, and welding bays. What You'll Do Quality Control Coordinate and manage QC activities across the production floor, including first-piece inspection, in-process checks, and final inspection after paint or plating Maintain documentation, traceability records, and QC logs Support continuous improvement of inspection processes and standards Production Administration Manage work-order administration and production planning documentation Support scheduling, tracking, and communication across departments Keep production records accurate and up to date What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Computer literate; confident using software for documentation and planning A quick learner who can think on their feet Prior experience in manufacturing and QC procedures Understanding proper use of measurement tools - calipers, micrometers Why This Role This is a ground-floor opportunity at a globally recognized brand.
