In doing so, we accommodate our Customers, Colleagues, and Suppliers as we do our own family. Custom Packaging Supply is looking for a dedicated, hardworking QA Inspector to join our fast-paced team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for producing necessary manual or computer-generated inspection reports. Inspection involves using measurement equipment such as, but not limited to calipers and micrometers. Perform independent inspections of assigned tasks (documentation reviews CofC, FAIR, assembly inspection, tests validation, etc.) using blueprints, specifications, contractual documents, visual inspection methods, etc. Possesses basic knowledge of AQL sampling selection per internal procedures or
ANSI/ASQC
Z1.4 or as directed by customers. Responsible for review and acceptance of paperwork and documentation used in the acceptance of product. Evaluates and adheres to all flowed down contractual (internal and external) requirements of customer purchase orders, suppliers purchase orders for commercial and/or military products. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management. This position is Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. On-site only.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years related experience or training in quality or manufacturing. This position may require use of information subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. person within the meaning of
ITAR. ITAR
defines a U.S. person as a US Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. "Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
