Job Description

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable
  • Quality Control Inspector
  • to maintain company quality standards by performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections of finished products while accurately documenting inspection results.
The ideal candidate will have experience using inspection tools, interpreting drawings, and working in a manufacturing or quality environment. This position plays an important role in supporting production quality and ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Schedule:
  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receiving, in-process, and final inspection of finished product across all technologies
  • Ability to use hand measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges
  • Able to interpret drawings for dimensional and visual requirements
  • Generate NCRs for discrepant material
  • Ability to understand GD&T and apply it to measuring parts
  • Provides feedback to other departments on inspection results.
  • Documents inspection results using internal QA database, FAIRs, AS9102 FAIR, NCRs.
  • Follow guidelines for using and maintaining measurement tools.
  • Provides feedback to the QA Manager and Senior Inspector on inspection issues.
  • Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time
  • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma at minimum or two years of related experience in either quality or manufacturing and/or training equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend basic instructions.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
  • Must have experience using inspection tools
  • Experience using CMM or articulating arm a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 or other industry standard a plus
  • Inspection experience
  • Must be able to navigate a windows PC
  • Needs to have a good eye for details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
