CMM PROGRAMMER - AEROSPACE

(PC-DMIS 2023.2) Loutech is an award-winning, AS9100 Rev D certified company providing high-quality products to customers in the defense and aerospace sectors. We are expanding our exceptional team and have an opening for a hands-on Aerospace CMM Programmer . The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, self-driven, and technically strong, with a demonstrated ability to develop accurate and efficient CMM inspection programs that support daily quality and production goals. EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

: Bilingual in Spanish and English Proficient in CMM programming using PC-DMIS (2023.2 preferred) VICI Vision programming experience is a plus GD&T (true position, datums, profiles, runout, etc.) Complex blueprint and model interpretation Tight tolerances and critical dimensions First Article Inspection (AS9102) In-process inspection Final inspection Develop and maintain inspection routines for machined aerospace components Support and comply with AS9100 Rev D Assist with internal and external audits as needed Maintain accurate inspection documentation and reports Perform measurement analysis and support root cause investigations Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve nonconformances Verify proper use and condition of gages, fixtures, and inspection equipment Identify opportunities for process improvement and inspection efficiency Communicate inspection results clearly to internal stakeholders

Candidate Should Possess:

Strong understanding of aerospace quality and inspection requirements Working knowledge of AS9100 Rev D and

ISO 9001

Experience with defense, military, or government contracts is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive, self-starter attitude with a bias for common sense Motivation to meet deadlines in a production environment U.S. citizenship or a valid permanent resident card/work authorization The candidate should also be a United States citizen or possess a valid permanent resident card or work permit.
