Responsible for Food Defense. Major Responsibilities Quality Control Sampling (Incoming Raw Material, Shelf Life, R D Samples,Misc., Etc.) Quality Control Information Data Entry, Filing & Organization Provide assistance to the Quality Control Manager & Quality Control Technicians Maintenance of Quality Control Reference Samples (Organization & Updating) Perform any other duties as requested by Management Performs other Customer Service, Sales or Purchasing duties as needed Education and Experience High School Diploma. Prior experience in the Food Industry is a plus Basic practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Good communication skills. Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
