Job Description
Employment Type Full Time, W-2 Listing Submissions Reviewer We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Listing Submissions Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicle listings meet our quality standards before going live. You will work closely with sellers and internal teams to gather missing information and confirm listing intent. Responsibilities Review vehicle listings to ensure they meet all submission and auction standards Contact clients via phone and text to confirm listing intent and gather any missing documentation or information Identify and follow up on incomplete or non-compliant listings in a timely manner Maintain an organized workflow to track listing statuses and pending items Communicate professionally and clearly with clients throughout the review process Collaborate with internal teams to resolve listing issues and ensure smooth submission flow Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Organized work structure with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and text Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry or administrative tasks Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of vehicles, automotive terminology, or prior experience in the automotive industry Experience in a quality control, administrative, or customer-facing role Familiarity with auction processes or vehicle marketplaces is a plus About Bidbus Bidbus connects private sellers directly with verified dealerships through a live online bidding platform.
