- Friday Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate essential QA & QC functions from raw material through to finished product release, according to GMP and company standards Perform product sampling and inspection, following standard methods and procedures (incorporating or developing new procedures as needed).
Review data for conformance to specifications. Report deviations from existing standards. Handle non-conforming material and material disposition Record and enter data into the computer and generate Certificates of Analyses. Maintain equipment, records (logs, documentation, calibration, etc.), laboratory area, and retention samples in compliance with codified regulatory guidelines and company procedures (GMPs & SOPs). Maintain adequate inventory levels of laboratory supplies and/or supplies needed for QA activities at contract manufacturing locations (identify, purchase, etc.). Prepare samples as required for laboratory analysis Inspect/audit manufacturing processes, production records, and products Review quality issues and problems with appropriate personnel and direct action to correct or resolve defects. Inspect, review, test, approve, release, reject, and dispose of incoming components (raw materials, packaging, etc.), Work-in-progress (WIP), or finished goods (FG). Maintain QA documentation and records both physical and electronic. Sample and maintain QA retention samples.
Qualifications Physical requirements:
Ability to safely life, push, pull and move objects weighing more than 40+ pounds on a regular basis.

- Quality audits experience
- Strong background in quality control and assurance
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Understanding of QA/QC principles
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and
ISO22000
along with FDA regulations
- Experience with GMP and CGMP regulations/standards
