Quality Control Inspector

El Cajon, California job type: Contract salary: $20 - 25 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Perform visual and quantity verifications of received components, reviewing supplier documentation to ensure compliance and isolating any nonconforming materials.

Conduct final visual and dimensional inspections on in-house manufactured goods, such as terminated cable and molded assemblies, using precision measurement tools.

Execute rigorous electrical testing on both incoming cables and finished assemblies using specialized equipment including HIPOT testers, megohmmeters, and multimeters.

Audit production and inspection records for accuracy and traceability, ensuring all products strictly meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards prior to release.

Document all inspection results, actively support investigations into any product abnormalities, and recommend corrective actions to maintain ultimate product conformity.
