Parts Processing Technician IIII Location Fremont, CA Pay Rate:

$30.00•$31.00 per hour

Shift:

Here's what it takes to make yours count. 5+ years of CMM operation experience (required) Experience with PC-DMIS or similar software preferred Strong understanding of GD&T and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) Manufacturing or quality inspection background Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Work Environment:

Cleanroom and chemical processing setting PPE required at all times Exposure to chemicals, noise, and repetitive tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional inspections Perform surface measurements (Ra) and document results Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications Troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and report non-conformances Package and vacuum-seal finished parts per job requirements Support material handling, staging, and production flow Maintain cleanroom standards and follow 6S/Lean manufacturing practices Follow SOPs and safely handle chemicals used in cleaning processes More Than Just a Paycheck.
