The Process Technician must be proficient in various technical skills, such as rework, parts salvage and using specialized software and machinery. Additionally, Process Technicians will conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to resolve defects and improve processes. The Process Technician members work in dedicated pitches with production while others are more mobile throughout the shop. The role requires flexibility and a good understanding of the PCS2 assembly shop. What You'll Do Understand quality bottlenecks or gating items, within scope or assigned area of responsibility Monitor key dashboards (Top Quality gates & TFR dashboard) Ensure initial quality standards are met.
