About This Role Join LAKOS Filtration Solutions as a Quality Control Inspector and play a hands-on role in ensuring our world-class filtration systems meet the highest standards before reaching customers. Perform final inspections on completed systems before shipment to ensure every product leaves to spec. Conduct in-process quality checks and visual inspections throughout assembly and production. Maintain inspection records, deviation logs, and quality tracking reports. Partner with engineering and production teams on root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and standard data entry. Working knowledge of quality standards, basic inspection tools, and documentation practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods (80% of workday). Clear communicator with sound judgment, a team-first attitude, and a track record of reliability.
