Fullerton, CA Job Details Full-time $21 - $27 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Interpersonal skills High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Manufacturing Full Job Description Quality Inspector - Aerospace Quality Inspector (Contract to hire) Fullerton, CA. 18.00-27.00/hr DOE Job Summary Integr8staff is seeking a Quality Inspector who is responsible for ensuring all inspection and testing requirements are met throughout each stage of the manufacturing process to satisfy customer specifications. This role includes identifying, documenting, and reporting defects, as well as ensuring corrective actions are completed prior to product delivery. The Inspector serves as a key contributor to both the Quality and Production teams and must be flexible in supporting various functions within Quality. Primary Responsibilities Perform and coordinate inspections and testing in accordance with the Quality Procedure Manual, contract requirements, and AS9100 standards. Maintain up-to-date specifications, standards, and quality system documentation. Conduct testing on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Perform visual inspections to identify defects and verify product conformance. Compare inspection results against drawings and specifications. Report inspection and testing issues to the Quality Supervisor. Identify and segregate nonconforming materials from acceptable products. Notify Quality leadership when data exceeds acceptable limits or when significant quality concerns arise. Recommend disposition of nonconforming or suspect materials. Accurately document inspection results and track defect quantities. Support quality record retention through proper documentation and filing. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and AS9100 requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills across all levels of production. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a logical approach. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all regulations. Understanding of calibration procedures and requirements. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Pay:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
