AS9100 / ISO9001
certified manufacturing company specializing in CNC precision machining. With a focus on quality and performance, we are committed to delivering high-precision products that meet the most demanding customer requirements. We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting manufactured and/or processed products to ensure conformance with customer drawings and specifications. This role involves the use of advanced measuring techniques to analyze all features of various parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections Complete and maintain
AS9102 FAIR
documentation Inspect parts using surface plate setups and hand measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints with a solid understanding of GD&T Operate inspection equipment such as laser tracker and Romer arm with Verisurf software Utilize CAD software (PC-DMIS 2025)
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a CNC machining environment Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and mechanical inspection techniques Experience with
AS9100 / ISO9001
environments Hands-on experience with Verisurf 2025 software Strong attention to detail and problem-solving We offer competitive wages and medical benefits as well as paid vacation, holidays, sick time and 401k.
