In this vital role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, perform precise inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as
ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, and CGMP. Your energetic approach will help uphold the highest quality standards across our production processes, contributing to the delivery of safe, reliable products. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in quality control and assurance within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for detailed dimensional analysis and data collection to ensure parts meet exact tolerances. Perform visual inspections and document findings accurately to support quality audits and compliance efforts. Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, and FDA regulations. Support manufacturing teams by identifying non-conformities through rigorous quality control checks and recommending corrective actions. Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to industry standards and company policies. Collect, analyze, and report data related to product quality, inspection results, and process improvements to facilitate continuous enhancement of quality systems. Skills Strong knowledge of calibration tools such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems for precise measurement tasks. Familiarity with quality standards including
ISO 9001
(quality management), HACCP (hazard analysis), CGMP (current good manufacturing practices), and FDA regulations. Experience with calibration and use of coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for dimensional analysis. Ability to perform detailed visual inspections using advanced vision inspection systems. Excellent analysis skills to interpret measurement data and identify root causes of quality issues. Knowledge of quality assurance processes including audits, documentation control, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Proficiency in data collection tools and software related to quality management systems. Strong attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within manufacturing teams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
