Role:

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our Layout Department. In this role, you'll help prepare our handmade tiles for glazing by inspecting, refining, and organizing each piece. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing quality work.

What You'll Do:

Inspect unfired tiles (greenware) to ensure they meet quality standards Sand tiles to achieve smooth, precise finishes Carefully arrange tiles for the glazing process Maintain kiln setters and assist with loading/unloading kiln shelves Pitch in with general production tasks to support the team

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, moving materials) Comfortable wearing daily PPE such as face masks, safety glasses, gloves. Team player with a positive attitude No prior experience required—training provided; experience with ceramics or manufacturing is a plus
