Position Overview The Production Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving product quality across our global supply chain. This role works closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, Production, and factory partners to ensure products consistently meet Pair of Thieves standards for fit, fabric performance, construction, durability, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving problems, identifying root causes, and partnering with vendors to continuously improve product quality. What You'll Do Manage Product Testing & Compliance Coordinate fabric, garment, and performance testing through approved third-party laboratories. Review testing results and communicate findings to Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teams. Track corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of failed tests. Own testing tracking details within PLM and ERP systems. Maintain testing and compliance documentation required by retailers and regulatory agencies. Support quality requirements across all product categories, including underwear, socks, apparel, and accessories. Own Quality Reporting & Analysis Maintain and analyze quality performance metrics across factories, vendors, product categories, and programs. Track inspection results, testing outcomes, customer complaints, product returns, and retailer quality feedback. Develop recurring scorecards that identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support Continuous Improvement Committee dashboard creation. Provide actionable recommendations to improve product performance and manufacturing consistency. Support executive reporting on quality and production health. Drive Factory Quality Performance Monitor factory inspection results and audit findings. Track defect rates, recurring quality issues, and factory performance trends. Maintain inspection tracking details within ERP system. Partner with Sourcing team, vendors, and factories to implement corrective and preventative action plans. Support vendor scorecard development and ongoing performance reviews. Escalate emerging quality risks before they impact production or customers. Support Production Excellence Participate in pre-production reviews and production readiness assessments. Ensure quality checkpoints are completed throughout development and bulk production. Track, receive, log, label, and organize incoming PP and TOP samples. Maintain accurate physical and digital sample libraries to support visibility, traceability, and cross-functional access. Review workmanship, packaging, labeling, and construction issues as they arise. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements. Help establish and maintain best-in-class quality standards across all categories. Product Health & Continuous Improvement Support ongoing Product Health Reviews across active programs. Assist in analyzing quality performance by SKU, fabric platform, and product family. Identify opportunities for product improvement related to fabric, fit, durability, comfort, and construction. Help drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of experience in apparel quality assurance, production, sourcing, manufacturing, or product development. Strong understanding of apparel construction, textiles, garment manufacturing, and quality processes. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with major U.S. retailers such as Target, Walmart, Costco, Kohl's, or Amazon. Familiarity with apparel testing protocols and regulatory requirements. Experience with PLM systems, ERP platforms, and quality management tools. Knowledge of global manufacturing and vendor management.
