Production Support Technician Classification:
Non-Exempt Pay Rate:
$22.15 per hour
Shift:
2nd Shift, either 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Position Summary The Quality Control / Production Support Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by verifying product quality, reviewing work orders, inspecting finished and in-process materials, and ensuring compliance with customer and company specifications. This role also supports laboratory testing, defect tracking, and non-conformance reporting.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Verify and approve machine setups on unitape, coater 4, coater 7, and laminator equipment.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Inspect product and flag defective material as needed.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Perform washout for Fiber Area Weight (FAW) and resin content in the IP Lab to support unitape operations.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Verify resin mix work orders against recipes and production schedule.
