Inspection Perform complex inspection on detailed machined parts using a wide variety of measuring instruments to determine acceptability or rejections of parts and/or parts finish.mathematics to convert blueprint dimension and tolerances. Work within the guidelines of drawings, schematics,blueprints, route sheets, travelers, quality directives, technical engineering specifications, customer's requirementsand military standards.machining cycle during manufacture.conditions and test failures and prepare all appropriate documentation.and shipping departments. Use advanced Ensure quality of all products assembled for cosmetics, dimensional requirements and identification. Layout and measure hole locations and centerlines on castings, forgings and machine parts to maintain control of Determine acceptance or rejection after inspecting parts, tools, instruments or x-ray film. Identify causes of defective Investigate cause of customer return failures. Perform inspections to applicable specifications within assembly, test Maintain accurate and precise written inspection records. Properly identify and segregate non-conforming material. Provide technical support training to other areas in measurement of prototypes and also provide advice on measuring Must maintain the highest degree of customer service, quality, productivity, throughput, dependability, safety, cost Actively participate in department problem solving, lean events and high performance teams. Actively maintain 5S in the department. Serve as a resource to other team members and assist in training and development efforts.
