Shift Quality Inspector Position Summary Department:

Non-Exempt Pay Range:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A resume and an interview are required to be considered for this position. Position Summary The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and outgoing finished products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to use common inspection tools, and the ability to read drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials and products for quality and conformance to specifications.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, 10x microscopes, and force gauges to verify product quality.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Read and interpret product drawings, specifications, and visual work instructions.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Identify and report nonconforming materials or products and support corrective action efforts.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Follow company Quality Management System requirements and all safety procedures.

IPC/WHMA-A-620
is preferred for these types of inspection roles.
