As a Visual Inspector, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to inspect, package, and document product quality, supporting the production of medications that matter. This role provides an exceptional entry point or advancement opportunity into pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and GMP compliance. What You'll Do As a Visual Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting visual inspections of finished vials, labels, and packaging to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Accurately recording inspection data, maintaining detailed batch records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
• Completing specialized training to achieve Vial Inspector Certification and mastering gowning protocols for cleanroom environments
• Manually labeling and packaging products when automated machinery is offline, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency
• Properly identifying, labeling, and disposing of hazardous waste in compliance with safety protocols and SOPs
• Supporting overall manufacturing operations, assisting team members, and maintaining a sterile, organized workspace What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is a plus
• Ability to learn and follow SOPs, GMP regulations, and ISO standards meticulously
• Physical stamina to stand continuously for extended periods and maintain focused visual attention
• Manual dexterity and basic math skills for precise measurements and record-keeping
• Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities
