The Mechanical Inspector is responsible for inspecting mechanical parts, assemblies, and materials to ensure they meet company, customer, and industry quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Inspect mechanical parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Verify dimensions, tolerances, and workmanship of parts. Document inspection results and maintain inspection records. Identify non-conforming materials or parts and report issues to management. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Work with production and quality teams to resolve inspection issues. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of mechanical inspection processes and measuring tools. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Prior manufacturing or aerospace experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Good vision and manual dexterity.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
