Job Summary:
The QC Specialist is responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of extruded products and packaging. This role monitors production specifications, verifies labeling, documents measurements, and identifies product discrepancies to maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect product size, weight, color, condition, and packaging Verify labels, job cards, and identification codes Document production data, measurements, and case counts Collect retain samples for lab testing Monitor machine speeds and temperatures per specifications Identify and report defects or discrepancies Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely Follow safety, quality, and attendance policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of Quality Control or Inventory Control experience Forklift certification Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
