In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all CNC-machined components meet strict quality standards and specifications. Your expertise will help maintain our commitment to excellence by conducting thorough inspections, utilizing advanced measurement tools, and adhering to industry regulations and standards. Duties Process all F.A.I inspections of CNC-machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems Conduct daily in process checks Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and quality records for traceability and continuous improvement Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality concerns promptly and implement corrective actions Participate in internal and external quality management system audits to ensure ongoing compliance Support calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to guarantee measurement accuracy and reliability Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably with CNC machining experience Strong knowledge of quality systems such as QA/QC protocols Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis skills to interpret measurement results effectively Ability to perform thorough quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating across teams
Pay:
$24.00 - $35.00 per hour
