00 per hour The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Services Specialist to support our Ramp;D and Quality teams in the development and maintenance of high-quality nutritional products. In this role, you will own the raw material and supplier qualification lifecycle , ensuring all ingredients meet strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the dietary supplement or nutritional manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities Supplier Qualification Lead document collection, review, and approval for new and existing suppliers Ensure supplier compliance with company and regulatory standards Compliance amp; Certifications Support certification programs including Organic, NSF, GFCO, and Non-GMO Project Coordinate documentation and submissions for regulatory compliance Technical Documentation Create, review, and maintain Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) Develop and update Finished Product Specifications Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Supply Chain, Ramp;D, and Quality teams to support product development and launches Ensure smooth communication and execution across departments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in the nutritional or dietary supplement industry preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations Compensation amp;
