From construction management and observation/inspection services to laboratory testing and materials and forensic engineering, our Construction Services market helps to develop and maintain America's infrastructure and supply chain and is a recognized industry leader with more than 25 accredited laboratories. Step into Your New Role Kleinfelder's Ontario, CA office are seeking experienced Construction Materials Testing Technicians to join our team. Kleinfelder Offers

- Reimbursement for certification renewals and jurisdictional certifications
- Paid travel and mileage from your home office to and from project sites We're looking for individuals with strong initiative, who will perform construction observation and materials testing on various projects to verify conformance to construction plans and specifications. Consideration for this position requires the following certifications and experience:
- 1+ year of soil and concrete testing experience
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician
- Grade 1 certification
- Radiation safety training for the operation of a nuclear density gauge In addition to the above required experience and certifications, hiring preference with be given to those with any of the following desired certifications:
- ICC certifications
- CWI certification
- County of Los Angeles Deputy certifications
- City of Los Angeles Deputy certifications Desired Skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to use a computer and have a general knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and photo management software

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check. Benefits:
Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.Salary range:
$24.11- $40.
