Incoming Inspection:

Verify that raw materials meet purchase orders and specifications to ensure product quality

In-Process Inspection:

Conduct checks at various production stages to prevent non-conforming products and support smooth operations

Final Inspection:

Carefully evaluate finished goods before shipment to make sure they adhere to company standards

Defect Management:

Document and isolate any non-conforming materials (e.g., hold or rework as necessary)

Calibration:

Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment while ensuring compliance with set standards
