Life:
In the position of QC Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing documentation received from assigned co-packers, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained as well as assist in other projects and tasks.
The Impact You'll Make:
Review production documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards. Evaluate physical and analytical lab data to determine whether product lots meet specifications for release. Communicate promptly with co-packers regarding any discrepancies in documentation, gaps in data, missing information, or quality concerns. Monitor and track all production that is on hold, including follow-up on developments that may impact product release decisions. Draft and send out professional emails related to production status, documentation requests, and follow-ups with both internal and external teams.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma Additional Experience Desired:
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or similar role

Computer Skills Desired:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Smartsheet and SAP experience preferred.
