Job Description

TOMATO INSPECTORS
Great Full Time Seasonal Job! Great Full Time Seasonal Job! Employment is through the Processing Tomato Advisory Board . We inspect tomatoes from the loads that are being delivered to the processor. They stop at our dedicated inspection stations, and a small sample is conveyed to us from each load. Inspection stations are in Modesto, Oakdale, Escalon, and Stockton . Ability to read, write, and speak English required. Inspection runs mid-July to mid-October, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Inspectors would be assigned to work either day or night shift, typically 4 or 5 days a week. There will be a two hour training session before the session begins, then on the job training. A drug test is required. Wages are $21.40 or $22.66 per hour, depending on proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license. ..........
