We offer health benefits, 401K, paid holidays and PTO to all regular employees. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to support the company's growth. The selected individuals will have the following qualifications: Prepare templates of and conduct internal audits for 3rd party surveillance audits. Conduct supplier surveys and performance reviews. Conduct customer surveys. Prepare, conduct and close-out quarterly Management Reviews. Complete sourcing and customer shipments. Review incoming certifications and check for any discrepancies between the traveler requirement, AMD purchase order and the supplier certification. Ensure the use of calibrated tools throughout the shop. Tools need to be kept in the calibrated condition. Participate in contract review. Time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work. All required work and related documentation in the traveler package are completed on time. Consistent communication with customers. Good working knowledge of JobBOSS, Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
