  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, strong analysis skills, and dedication to maintaining high-quality systems will help us deliver exceptional products to our customers. Products are used across multiple industries such as medical, aerospace, automotive, and others. Duties Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products. Read and interpret CAD drawings, tolerances, SOPs, MPIs, Work Instructions, Inspection Forms, and other related documentation. Use micrometers, calipers, digital comparators, optical measurement systems, tensile testing equipment, and other high-resolution measuring devices to perform inspections. Complete inspection documentation accurately and in real time. Initiate and assist in the closure of non-conformance reports (NCR) as needed. Assist in processing vendor corrective action requests by providing inspection data and product information. Enter and retrieve information using MRP software. Create or update Certificates of Conformance (COC) in accordance with customer requirements. Support preventative maintenance and calibration activities as assigned. Maintain accurate and organized quality records and documentation to ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
requirements. Identify potential improvements related to quality, process efficiency, or product performance and communicate them to the Quality Assurance Manager. May assist with hands-on training during onboarding or cross-training activities as assigned, to support departmental knowledge transfer Follow all company safety rules, quality processes, and work standards. Perform other related duties as assigned.
