We are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to work the day shift with experience operating CMM inspection machines and some PC-DMIS programming experience as well as experience with conventional inspection tools. Responsibilities and Duties Perform first article inspection prior to starting production run Perform in-process inspection during production run Perform final inspection prior to shipping finished product Operate CMM machines and use conventional tools for inspection activities Programming CMM machines Work with production personnel to help troubleshoot quality issues Report quality issues / potential issues to management and assist with root cause analysis and corrective action Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 3 years inspection experience using CMM machines and conventional inspection tools Ability to read and understand engineering part drawings (blue prints) Firm understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Some CMM programming experience using PC-DMIS (or equivalent) and willing to learn and improve this skill
