Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aggregate Scale House Operator to oversee the sales at our aggregate processing facility. In this vital role, you will manage the scale house functions, ensure accurate weighing and documentation of materials, and maintain safety and efficiency standards. Your expertise will help streamline operations, accurately track sales, and uphold our commitment to quality and safety. Duties Operate the scale house equipment to accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks carrying aggregate materials Operate a water truck to keep dust to a minimum Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment such as mobile equipment and screening plants to ensure safe operation Monitor safety protocols by conducting site inspections, enforcing PPE use, and reporting hazards promptly Collaborate with team to coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely processing of orders Communicate with management team to ensure knowledge across all departments Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience with computer skills Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping abilities for weighing and inventory documentation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Good communication skills with a proactive approach to teamwork and safety compliance Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers and water trucks would be highly desired Join us in delivering top-quality aggregate solutions!
