Job Summary:

As a Beertender at Freewheel Brewing Company, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall brewery experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving a diverse range of craft beers, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and inviting taproom environment.

Responsibilities:

Beer Service:

Pour and serve a variety of craft beers to patrons with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers in a friendly and informative manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our product offerings.

Taproom Maintenance:

Ensure the taproom is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Monitor and restock inventory as needed.

Compliance:

Adhere to all relevant alcohol service regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment.

Cash and Card Handling:

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about our current beer selection, including styles, ingredients, and brewing processes, to effectively communicate with customers.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash and card transactions with accuracy. Basic understanding of beer styles and brewing processes. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to stand for extended periods.
