Job Description:
SAN CLEMENTE
seeking
QUALITY INSPECTORS!
Pay Depends on Experience $25-27hr or more if needed Quality Inspectors with IPC certification preferred Responsibilities
  • Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of PCBA and assemblies, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 and other applicable standards.
  • Monitor and inspect electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies during manufacturing.
  • Supports first article inspections (FAI) and customer audits.
  • Verify product conformance using inspection tools (microscopes, calipers, gauges, etc.) and techniques.
  • Accurately document all inspection findings and deviations.
  • Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials and assemblies.
  • Support containment and rework activities for non-conformances.
  • Adhere to quality procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • May assist in training new or less experienced inspectors on basic inspection techniques and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of electronic components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to accurately use various measuring and inspection tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual and functional defects.
  • Ability to accurately record and document inspection results.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey inspection findings.
  • Basic ability to identify and report quality issues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing electronic documents.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions consistently.
  • Must be a U.
S. Person per EAR Part 772 and
ITAR 120.15
