Job Description

Develop, edit, and optimize CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS . Perform inspections of complex components such as turbine blades, vanes, rotors, stators, casings, and precision aerospace parts . Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD models . Conduct first article inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 standards . Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve dimensional and process issues. Analyze inspection data and generate detailed reports using statistical tools. Ensure compliance with
AS9100, ISO
standards, and aerospace quality requirements . Maintain calibration and proper functioning of CMM equipment. Troubleshoot programming or measurement discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inspection efficiency and accuracy.
