In this energetic position, you will support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, perform detailed quality audits, and assist in quality control processes across manufacturing operations. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional products to our customers while fostering continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards. Duties Works with the Quality Manager on company department process control and review of implementation. Validates certificates of conformity and analyses. Responsible for RMA assurance systems. As part of the responsibility interfaces with customers regarding product complaints and corrective actions. Provide onboarding briefings to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training. Assist in preparation of reports. Maintain tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems. Maintain current knowledge of the quality control field, relying on current literature pertaining to materials use, technological advances, and statistical datas. Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits Understands criticality and determination of conformance standards. Manage laboratory and quality related metrologies and calibration systems. Ensure that the control, measure and test equipment is maintained. Assist in Quality System management Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits Understands criticality and determination of conformance standards. Assist in Quality System management Reviews evaluation of supplier requirements are met- Monitor subcontracting testing and reporting Participates/ Assists in Quality improvement projects - Updating of documentation Experience Prior experience in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing environments is preferred Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and QA/QC processes Knowledge of quality inspection techniques, audits, and relevant industry standards Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating across teams Experience with data collection tools and analysis software is a plus Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to excellence!
