We are committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order products that meet our customers' exact specifications. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to support our Textile Operations team by ensuring the accuracy and quality of custom-sewn upholstery covers and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help us deliver beautifully crafted, reliable home furnishings that delight our customers. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections of custom-sewn upholstery covers and related textile products Verify dimensions, construction quality, and overall accuracy of finished items Measure fabrics and other textile materials as needed Take inventory of in-house textile stock and supplies Record daily inventory of received and inspected custom items Maintain and update inventory records both manually and electronically Communicate quality concerns and discrepancies to the production team Assist with general textile operations and organizational tasks as needed Qualifications Experience using a tape measure and reading measurements accurately to the 1/8 of an inch Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic algebra and math skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills Hand-sewing experience is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in ensuring products meet quality standards. They enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable working with measurements and inventory systems, and have a keen eye for detail.
