Torrance, CA Pay Rate:

$18•$23 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

5:00 AM•1:30 PM & 2:15 PM•9:45 PM (Must be flexible for both shifts) Job Overview We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food manufacturing, quality control, or a similar industry , along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Perform and document quality control tests to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Monitor production processes and enforce adherence to GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Assist in identifying and resolving non-conformances by implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and test results. Work closely with production teams to uphold quality standards and improve processes. Ensure facility sanitation and safety protocols are strictly followed. Qualifications & Skills Experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in food manufacturing or production). Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
