4/10-1st Shift Ability to Obtain Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector with hands-on experience in product inspection. This role involves evaluating in-process and completed products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform visual and mechanical inspections of: Electronic units and subsystems Precision electromechanical assemblies Mechanical units and subassemblies Identify structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds Utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, scales, and fixtures Interpret and work from: Blueprints and engineering drawings Inspection instructions and checklists Customer specifications Accept, reject, or recommend rework for defective or non-conforming products Support quality assurance processes, including statistical process control (SPC) where applicable Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of hands-on inspection experience (any manufacturing or production environment) Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Additional Information Training will be provided on internal systems and processes Candidates must demonstrate prior inspection experience to be considered
