This role is responsible for weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles, processing customer transactions, and supporting daily scalehouse and yard operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Weigh trucks and vehicles accurately using the scale system Generate customer tickets and process payments Enter and manage customer and load information using computer systems Maintain a clean, organized, and professional scalehouse environment Assist with loading and offloading activities as needed Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and yard staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Basic computer skills and data entry experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
