Food Quality Assurance Technician - All Shifts (FT & Temporary Options)
Location:
Visalia, CA Pay:
$20-$23/hr Position Overview A leading food manufacturing company in Visalia is seeking Food Quality Assurance Technicians for all shifts . Both eval‑to‑hire and temporary opportunities are available. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, experience in food production or QA environments, and the ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures. Quality Assurance Key Responsibilities Perform quality checks on raw materials, in‑process product, and finished goods Conduct testing including temperature checks, pH, moisture, and other routine measurements Document results accurately in logs, forms, and digital systems Monitor production lines for GMP, HACCP, and safety compliance Report deviations, non‑conformances, and quality concerns to supervisors Support sample collection, labeling, and retention procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of QA work areas Communicate effectively with production and supervisory staff Quality Assurance Requirements Experience in food manufacturing , QA , or lab/inspection roles preferred Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused #
