Opportunity:
Our PI Technicians play a key role in carrying out the test of trains in accordance with the testing procedure and as per the delivery schedule. You will work in a safety-centered environment with other teams to ensure our train vehicles are in working order for our customers.

What You'll Do:
Understand in detail the acceptance criteria of the customer for the project/product. Carry out the systematic handover from manufacturing. Ensure that all serial test procedures are covered and the completion of test reports. Manage the repair of failures Trace with precision and rigor each failure Propose process improvements Collaborate with other teams internally to achieve common goals Escalate any non-up-to-date testing tools Comply with EHS procedures Report deviations, near-misses, and accidents accordingly
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience testing & commissioning of electrical, control, vehicle, or onboard communications & network systems
What Sets You Apart:
Mechanical aptitude Familiarity with high-risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements Previous work experience in the rail industry and/or specific educational studies in this field Strong technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and networks domains Understanding of Lean approach for Industrialization Result-driven mindset Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders Proven Aptitude for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment
