CPI Composite Structures - AdamWorks Division is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
AS9100 QC
Inspector to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be directly involved in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards, helping us connect with a wide variety of customers around the world. This position is on site at our Centennial, Colorado Manufacturing facility.COMPANY OVERVIEW CPI
Radant is the radome-and-composite‐structures division of Communications & Power Industries LLC (CPI). They are formally known as CPI Radant Technologies Division , and they serve the aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial industries by designing, manufacturing, testing and supporting advanced composite radomes, reflectors and structural composite products. Radomes are special "domes" made of composite materials that protect antennas and radar systems from the environment while allowing electromagnetic signals to pass. CPI Radant produces these for critical applications, meaning: They enable secure communications and radar/electronic-warfare capabilities for military and commercial aerospace platforms. Their manufacturing includes large apertures and high‐frequency performance. Their advances in composite manufacturing and large structures feed into modern aircraft, satellites, naval vessels, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES
As anAS9100 QC
Inspector, you will work closely with other inspectors and QA engineers to perform a variety of quality control functions. You will also be involved in the in-process inspections, documentation, non-conforming condition tracking, temperature and humidity monitoring, final inspections, calibration tracking, compliance checks, audit preparation, conformance package preparation, equipment maintenance log tracking, work order generation and maintenance, routing updates, incoming receiving inspections, lot record management, material use sheet preparation, and scanning and filing of relevant documents are required. Your duties and responsibilities will include:Quality Control :
Layup In-process inspections (100% inspection) Complete Inspection Records Visual, Tap Test, Trim, Drill and Assembly in-process inspections Complete Inspection Records Oven run verification Document and track Non-Conforming Conditions Tracking temperature and humidity in manufacturing areas Final Inspections / release to shippingQuality Assurance :
Calibration tracking and management Compliance Checks Assist in Audit Prep / Internal Auditing Conformance package preparationMaintain Equipment Maintenance Logs Planning :
Work order / Work Instruction generation Work order processing EBOM Maintenance Work order updates and changesReceiving Inspection :
Incoming receiving inspection on all items Complete Inspection Records Lot record scanning / filing Maintaining EBOM Material Use Sheet preparationSupply Chain :

$20 - $25 per hour.QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalency certificate. 3-5 years of experience as a QC/QA inspector in the military or aerospace industries. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO9001 standards. Knowledge of standard aerospace industry requirements preferred. Proficient in using precision hand tools, including calipers, scales, tape measures, micrometers, and pin gauges. Must be able to work unassisted and stand for extended periods (8 hours minimum). terms , including experience as a DIMR (Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative) or a representative with delegated 8130 source inspection authority is highly desired Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). a The successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person as defined under ITAR and EAR.
